At the entry-level, my primary aim is to build a strong foundation in early childhood education. Goals should focus on developing effective classroom management strategies, creating engaging lesson plans, and fostering a nurturing learning environment. I would strive to foster an inclusive and equitable environment that values and promotes collaboration and the cultivation of meaningful and purposeful lives. I ensure a safe, healthy, developmentally appropriate learning environment for all children. I strive to offer quality education and care for all families who trust us.

(Physical Science)( Tamilnadu Teachers Education University), MBA (Human Resources)( Pondicherry University), Certification in Montessori Teaching (ASIAN COLLEGE OF TEACHERS), Diploma in Pre- Primary teachers training with Specialization in teaching English (ASIAN COLLEGE OF TEACHERS) (College of Birmingham,UK). With experience of 7 Years. Her vision as a Kindergarten Teachers should include building stronger relationships with kids, parents and the community. By setting objectives to improve communication and collaboration, I can create a supportive network that enhances my educational experience for students and with my peer. My passion is to put into practice the theories and skills which I learned from school. I will do my best to impart knowledge to my students and to motivate them to have an enthusiastic interest towards learning. As a Kindergarten Teacher i can ensure a balanced and fulfilling career path that not only enriches the lives of their students but also supports their own professional and personal aspirations.
