Counsellor
Nishida Manoj is a dedicated School Counselling Professional with over 15 years of experience in empowering students to thrive academically and emotionally. Holding a Master’s in Social Work specializing in Medical and Psychiatry, an MBA in Human Resource Management, and an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology, Nishida brings a rich tapestry of expertise to her role at ISAS since 2013. Known for her compassionate approach, she excels in building meaningful relationships among students, professionals, and parents, ensuring that every child’s higher educational needs are met while fostering a supportive community.
Tina Joseph
Counsellor
Dr. Tina Joseph joined ISAS with a motive of empowering students in dealing with life challenges. She is a Post Graduate in Psychology with first rank . Further she completed M.Phil. and Ph.D . She has served as a teacher in Psychology for 2 years and moved on to work as a School Counsellor in higher secondary schools for a period of 6 years. Later she joined the Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Kerala. She has presented papers in Psychology and has co authored two handbooks for higher secondary students. She always looks forward in providing psychological support to individuals, particularly students.
Vini Vijayasenan
Counsellor
Vini Vijayasenan is a compassionate mental health advocate with a mission to empower those in need. With a B.Sc. in Psychology and a University topper of MSW in Medical and Psychiatry, Vini has dedicated the past 8 years to counselling and teaching psychology, helping countless individuals find their inner strength. After starting her career at ISAS, Vini has developed a deep understanding of the human experience and a steadfast commitment to instilling a sense of safety and support in all she works with. Her vision is to guide people towards the realization that they don’t have to face life’s challenges alone – there are always resources and support systems available to help them through.
Bincy Mathew
Special Educator
Bincy Mathew is a post graduate in social work (in medical and psychiatry) and holds the position of Special Educator with 16 years of professional experience in India where she served as a student counselor and special educator.
Her vision as a special educator is to create an inclusive, supportive, and individualized learning environment that empowers each child to reach their full potential. Her ultimate goal is to help children with learning difficulties thrive, develop a love for learning, become confident and capable individuals.
