Organized by Indian School Al Seeb On the Occasion of AVENIR
We are delighted to invite your esteemed institution to participate in VISIONERA – Where Ideas Catch Fire, an entrepreneurial exhibition designed to ignite creativity, innovation, and business insight among students. Organized as part of AVENIR 2025, and hosted by Indian School Al Seeb under the aegis of the Board of Directors, this event provides a platform for young minds to showcase their unique ideas, products, and services before a panel of eminent CEOs, business leaders, and expert judges.


Objectives of the Event
- To nurture creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills among students.
- To provide a platform for young innovators to present their products and services.
- To encourage real-time interaction between students and business leaders.
- To provide opportunities for investment and recognition.
1. Pavilion Display: Each team will be allotted a classroom (pavilion) where they will showcase their products, prototypes, or services before the judges.
2. Stage Presentation: Selected teams will be invited to present their ideas on stage. Each team will be given 10 minutes to explain their concept, expected cost, selling price, profit, and uniqueness.
➢ Presentations must be prepared using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar formats.
➢ Slides should be clear, visually engaging, and concise (avoid heavy text).
➢ Teams are required to demonstrate their prototype, model, or digital demo during their
presentation.
3. Teams are expected to showcase their concept using one of the following formats:
➢ A physical model, prototype, or mock-up.
➢ A digital simulation, interactive demo, or animated video.
➢ Any other creative medium that highlights the functionality and uniqueness of the
idea.
3. Awards:
➢ Cash awards, trophies, and participation certificates will be awarded to the winners
and participants.
Rules & Guidelines
• Each school may nominate only one team.
• Each team must present an entirely new and innovative product, service, or idea (e.g.,
prototypes, mobile applications, or business solutions).
• Teams are required to prepare both pavilion displays and stage presentations.
• Every team must have a distinctive identity consisting of:
➢ A startup name that reflects their innovation.
➢ A logo that visually represents their concept.
➢ A tagline or slogan that captures the essence of their idea.
• Pavilion displays should include posters/charts/visual aids/models showing:
➢ Problem identified
➢ Innovative solution
➢ Target market
➢ Marketing strategy
➢ Financial details (Cost, Selling Price, Profit)
• Team size: 2 to 5 students.
• Stage presentations must not exceed 3 minutes per team.
• Students from classes 8 to 12 are eligible to participate.
• Submission Details
➢ Slides (PPT/PDF/Microsoft SWAY) must be submitted to the organisers prior to the
event date.
➢ If a video or animation is used to demonstrate the product or service, it should be
in MP4 format, with a maximum file size of 150 to 200 MB.

VISIONERA is more than a competition – it’s a platform to turn innovative ideas into reality.
Selected CEOs and business leaders may choose to support or invest in promising ideas.

will be held on October 25th, 26th and 27th, 2025.
Important Dates:
Confirmation of Participation: on or before 30 September 2025
Submission of Brief Description of Innovative Ideas: via Google Form (link will be shared) by 5
October 2025.
